Responsibilities
Acting as the primary relationship contact for a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Managing and executing strategic account plans to retain and grow client relationships, including regular business reviews and contract renewals.
Identifying and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
Providing clear, commercial insights by interpreting client data and delivering tailored solutions.
Maintaining accurate records of meetings, actions, and account metrics in Salesforce, and proactively addressing client risks and expectations.
Representing FE fundinfo at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen our brand presence.
Requirements
You must have solid experience in an account management or sales role, within the technology or finance industry.
You will demonstrate effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, displaying exceptional commercial acumen.
You should be confident in creating and managing strategic account plans for key portfolios.
You will have a proven track record of delivering client-focused solutions and thriving in a results-driven environment.
You must have experience in the information technology or financial services sector.
