Responsibilities
Responsible, independent management and dynamic development of the assigned sales territory with direct impact on business success
Active maintenance of existing customer relationships and targeted outreach to potential new clients with a strategic focus
Consulting and selling of tailored IT, software and digitalization projects
Central role in the professional handling of public tenders: analysis, coordination, preparation of compelling proposals and presentation of tailored solutions to decision-makers
Preparation of precise offers and contracts as well as negotiation and successful closing of deals
Organization and participation in targeted events with prospects, customers and partners to strengthen market presence and foster relationships
Requirements
Solid, several years of sales experience in consulting and successfully selling ICT, ERP or DMS solutions
Completed degree in business administration, computer science or an equivalent education with relevant practical experience
Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style with a strong results focus
Strong communicator, empathetic personality with pronounced initiative and enjoyment of customer contact
Hands-on mentality: flexible, resilient, motivated and always solution-oriented
Professional demeanor combined with a convincing presence in customer-facing situations
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital affinity
Fluent German in spoken and written form, good English skills; French and/or Italian are a plus
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act independently
Solid understanding of contract law (OR) and confident handling of legal frameworks
Driving license category B
Experience working with public administrations, especially with tendering processes, is a clear advantage
