Responsibilities

Requirements
Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role, preferably in the information technology and services industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools.
A solid understanding of data analysis and reporting to drive account performance.
