About the role

  • Business Development & Account Manager responsible for driving new business and managing strategic clients in the Telecom sector. Focus on building long-term partnerships to enhance sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned strategic accounts and the broader telecom market.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with revenue and margin targets.
  • Proactively uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the company portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage end-to-end deal cycles from opportunity identification to closure.
  • Prepare and execute strategic account plans, including pipeline development and forecasting.
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals and tenders in collaboration with presales and bidding teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth areas.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (presales, technical, legal, finance, operations, procurement) to ensure successful deal execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and account intelligence in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Technology, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or account growth roles within Telecom, ICT, or Technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of generating new revenue and closing complex B2B deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build long-term client partnerships.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles and negotiating high-value contracts.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English.
