About the role

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer questions
  • Onboard and train new clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Clearly communicate the progress to stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow client portfolio opportunities
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Collect feedback from clients and bring it back to other teams for improvements
  • This position requires occasional travel to France.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account management, or similar client-facing roles
  • Exceptional communication skills in **French**, both written and spoken
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • General eCommerce operations knowledge will be considered a big advantage
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude. You are a problem solver and a self-organized person
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
