End-to-end responsibility for the operational business with ALDI and LIDL
Market and competitive analyses and development of growth initiatives
Regular customer contact with a focus on sales and profit targets
P&L responsibility, including forecast and budget planning
Strategic coordination
Contribution to strategy development and translation into actionable initiatives
Overall responsibility for the performance of the discounter channel across all brands
Close collaboration with the Senior Director Regional Sales as a strategic sparring partner
International communication and alignment
Ensuring transparent, cross-country communication on brand, promotion and forecast plans
Proactive collaboration with country organizations (clusters) to identify and develop new potential
Requirements
At least 3 years' experience in international Key Account Management, ideally in the consumer goods sector
Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
Experience working in matrix organizations and effectively with cross-functional teams
Confident handling of calculations and a solid understanding of relevant financial metrics
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
