About the role
- Reach sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies and plans focused on growing and retaining international key accounts
- Build strong relationships, identify and qualify opportunities, and manage end-to-end sales processes
- Network, up-sell and cross-sell within appointed accounts with support from Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams
- Analyze customer business needs, perform ROI exercises and articulate the company value proposition throughout the sales cycle
- Perform product demonstrations (supported by Pre-Sales and Customer Success), develop proposals and close contracts
Requirements
- Native German speaker
- Fluent in English
- Any other EU language is valuable
- Strong understanding of logistics/Supply Chain processes
- First successful experience with B2B SaaS Enterprise Software sales/account management using a structured value selling methodology
- Comfortable networking and creating customer relationships
- Highly confident interacting with senior managers and Executives (C-)level
- Entrepreneurial mindset: self-driven, dynamic, resilient, and result oriented
