About the role

  • Reach sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies and plans focused on growing and retaining international key accounts
  • Build strong relationships, identify and qualify opportunities, and manage end-to-end sales processes
  • Network, up-sell and cross-sell within appointed accounts with support from Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams
  • Analyze customer business needs, perform ROI exercises and articulate the company value proposition throughout the sales cycle
  • Perform product demonstrations (supported by Pre-Sales and Customer Success), develop proposals and close contracts

Requirements

  • Native German speaker
  • Fluent in English
  • Any other EU language is valuable
  • Strong understanding of logistics/Supply Chain processes
  • First successful experience with B2B SaaS Enterprise Software sales/account management using a structured value selling methodology
  • Comfortable networking and creating customer relationships
  • Highly confident interacting with senior managers and Executives (C-)level
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-driven, dynamic, resilient, and result oriented
