About the role

  • Providing first-level contact and problem resolution for customers with Salesforce and application problems.
  • Demonstrate efficient work practices to ensure objectives and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Assisting in the troubleshooting of software issues.
  • Working on various application customisation projects using Javascript and Salesforce development techniques.
  • Debugging and troubleshooting problems in Salesforce code (ideally).
  • Resolution of issues for clients and providing liaison between clients, customer success team and engineering.
  • Opportunities to work on core product development, integration development and customer success development projects.
  • Working closely with Engineering, Product, DevOps and Customer Success teams globally.

Requirements

  • At least 1+ years previous experience as a Junior Technical Support Engineer in a complex environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Great communication skills.
  • A strong teamwork ethic is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Administration and a solid understanding of Salesforce Development.
  • Ideally the ability to debug and troubleshoot problems in Salesforce code.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and application customization using JavaScript.
  • Proven ability to learn new products, develop technical knowledge and apply new skills in a high paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task between different support channels and issues.
  • Working knowledge of the Atlassian suite, JIRA, Confluence and any other Technical Support Platform.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where this position is based without the need for visa sponsorship at time of application.
  • Must have reliable internet connection and an at home workstation setup.
  • This position may require no more than 20% travel from time to time.
