Product Support Engineer focused on quality monitoring for Audi vehicles. Supporting effective repair processes and technical analyses for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
Monitoring of product performance and quality of in use Audi vehicles for Internal Combustion engines (ICE) and automatic transmissions.
Identification and reporting of product shortcomings based on information from various sources.
Performance of technical analyses on product shortcomings.
Communication with Audi Dealers to support effective repair of in use Audi vehicles.
Ensure successful “Technical Launch” for all new Audi models and major new systems.
Monitor and report the effectiveness of implemented countermeasures in the field.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive industry.
Required: Bachelor Degree or equivalent degree in automotive engineering.
Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic.
Communication skills – interpersonal, presentation and written.
Computer savvy – skilled in the use of software.
Extensive technical and product knowledge.
Ability to problem solve and prioritize.
Ability to interpret and apply quantitative methodologies.
Assertiveness.
Ability to self-motivate and support others.
Desired: German language skills, French language skills.
