About the role

  • Monitoring of product performance and quality of in use Audi vehicles for Internal Combustion engines (ICE) and automatic transmissions.
  • Identification and reporting of product shortcomings based on information from various sources.
  • Performance of technical analyses on product shortcomings.
  • Communication with Audi Dealers to support effective repair of in use Audi vehicles.
  • Ensure successful “Technical Launch” for all new Audi models and major new systems.
  • Monitor and report the effectiveness of implemented countermeasures in the field.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive industry.
  • Required: Bachelor Degree or equivalent degree in automotive engineering.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic.
  • Communication skills – interpersonal, presentation and written.
  • Computer savvy – skilled in the use of software.
  • Extensive technical and product knowledge.
  • Ability to problem solve and prioritize.
  • Ability to interpret and apply quantitative methodologies.
  • Assertiveness.
  • Ability to self-motivate and support others.
  • Desired: German language skills, French language skills.
