About the role
- Junior Fiscal Analyst responsible for examining tax compliance and regulations in a healthcare role. Collaborating on tax reporting and ensuring adherence to legal standards in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Review of input and output tax ledgers
- Familiarity with routines and processes for monthly, quarterly and annual tax closings
- Analysis of tax withholdings (PIS/COFINS, IR, CS, ISSQN, INSS)
- Calculation of taxes in general to support payment flows
- Reconciliation of taxes (both assets and liabilities)
- Preparation and validation of tax filings and statutory obligations (GIA, SPED FISCAL, SPED CONTRIBUTIONS, EFD-REINF, DIRF, etc.)
- Knowledge of taxation regimes: Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido
- Understanding of tax legislation and its updates
- Posting of municipal invoices and issuance of tax payment guides.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
- Knowledge of tax department routines and indirect taxes
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with SAP
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (on-site 2 days per week)
- Reside in Campinas or surrounding region
