About the role

• Analista Controladoria I at SOMOS Educação supporting financial reporting and audits. Collaborating with senior analysts and contributing to budgeting and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of the Controllership team, working in partnership with the area's senior analysts.
• On a daily basis, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation and analysis of financial statements, such as the Balance Sheet, Income Statement (P&L) and Cash Flow, as well as extracting and consolidating accounting data to support the team's deliverables.
• You will also take part in audit follow-ups, assisting with the organization of requested materials.
• You will contribute to the preparation of management and internal reports, interfacing with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.
• You will provide support in budgeting processes by collaborating in the collection and analysis of information that underpins the company's financial decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Postgraduate specialization in Controllership
• CPA certification
• Experience in data analysis and budget control
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Proactive and organized
• Knowledge of accounting standards and corporate governance
