About the role
- Junior Analyst specializing in processes and quality for franchises at Localiza&Co. Engaging in operational excellence through performance monitoring and training.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), such as NPS for national and international franchises, proposing action plans and continuous improvements;
- Contribute to operational excellence in franchises through on-site visits, identifying and developing process improvements in operations;
- Contribute to operational control and quality by creating and updating standard operating procedures;
- Prepare and deliver training for the franchise network with a focus on customer service, operations, and sales;
- Ensure compliance with the activation and deactivation processes for franchised branches by coordinating with the relevant areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
- Availability to travel;
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Analytical ability and strategic vision;
- Strong communication and influencing skills;
- Experience with BI tools and proficiency in Spanish will be considered advantages.
