About the role

  • Receive and sort documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Register investors in the book-entry registers.
  • Monitor and manage requests returned by branches, ensuring corrections and proper resubmission of information.
  • Read and interpret court documents related to shareholder records.
  • Maintain documents in internal validation systems.
  • Monitor cash (payment of dividends/proceeds) and non-cash corporate actions (subscription/split/bonus): record, reconcile and make information available while participating in the operational stages of the process; strong calculation skills and proficiency with Excel spreadsheets.

Requirements

  • Experience with administrative routines, document management, and numerical/spreadsheet skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) — Intermediate level.
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Preferred: Data management.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Organized and analytical profile.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple departments.
  • Adaptable, collaborative and proactive.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
