About the role

Receive and sort documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Register investors in the book-entry registers.
Monitor and manage requests returned by branches, ensuring corrections and proper resubmission of information.
Read and interpret court documents related to shareholder records.
Maintain documents in internal validation systems.
Monitor cash (payment of dividends/proceeds) and non-cash corporate actions (subscription/split/bonus): record, reconcile and make information available while participating in the operational stages of the process; strong calculation skills and proficiency with Excel spreadsheets.

Requirements

Experience with administrative routines, document management, and numerical/spreadsheet skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) — Intermediate level.
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Preferred: Data management.
Experience with Power BI.
Organized and analytical profile.
Strong communication skills across multiple departments.
Adaptable, collaborative and proactive.
Good interpersonal skills.
