About the role

  • Lead the performance cycle (goal setting, calibration, feedback, Individual Development Plan - IDP).
  • Design leadership programs and development pathways.
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics and propose People & Organizational Development (DHO) solutions aligned with strategy.
  • Lead climate and engagement surveys and associated action plans.
  • Develop and deliver workshops, training sessions and learning content.
  • Support culture initiatives, EVP, onboarding and internal communications.
  • Act as an internal consultant to managers on behavioral and organizational matters.
  • Monitor DHO metrics and produce analyses and executive recommendations.
  • Lead competency mapping, succession planning and nine-box processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Corporate Education (Pedagogy) or related fields.
  • Solid experience in People & Organizational Development / Organizational Development at a senior level.
  • Strong knowledge of performance cycles, employee engagement/climate, succession and leadership.
  • Familiarity with the Great Place To Work (GPTW) methodology.
  • Experience with learning methodologies and organizational diagnostics.
  • Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint) — intermediate to advanced level.
  • Strong communication, influencing and analytical skills.
  • Spanish is a plus.
