Respond to moderately complex support tickets via phone, email and Service Desk tool
Monitor service dashboards related to issues in solutions developed by Síntese
Level 1 support for SQL Server databases
Level 1 support for wholesale, e-commerce and logistics operations
Level 1 support for SinB2B
Level 1 support for SinB2C
Level 2 support for SinOmni
Support for NF-e issuance
Support for the Linx ERP system related to store operations (configuration, sales integration and others)
Support for low-complexity IT infrastructure.
Requirements
Degree completed or in progress in a Technology-related field
Ability to work well in a team
Good written and verbal communication
Basic knowledge of SQL
Knowledge and/or experience in fashion retail (preferred)
Knowledge and/or experience in logistics and/or e-commerce (preferred)
Knowledge and/or experience with Linx products (Linx ERP and Linx POS) (preferred)
Knowledge and/or experience with Wake or VTEX e-commerce platforms (preferred)
