About the role

  • Support Sales Support Team in the sales cycle
  • Involved in the whole order processing cycle: from quoting/order placing to invoicing
  • Manage all order entry activities for global operations including customer order management and system input
  • Obtain approvals for order placement, stock, price, and credit release
  • Handle order inquiries and follow-up and customer contact
  • Process advance payment lines
  • Maintain customer directories
  • Responsible for order date management
  • Ensure compliance with JSOX for the sales admin processes
  • Attend team meetings and share best practices
  • Frequently interact with the Commercial Manager and Operations Team to agree on stock allocation and customer orders
  • Perform any other tasks as required to ensure effective operation of the role and department

Requirements

  • General Level of good education including Maths and English
  • Computer Literacy: email management
  • Willingness and ability to develop and maintain relevant product & software knowledge
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and numeric skills
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Advantageous but not necessary: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Advantageous but not necessary: Experience with CRM and ERP systems
  • Advantageous but not necessary: Experience working in a busy office environment
