Junior Relationshipmanager supporting Sparkassenkunden in digital payment solutions. Engaging customers, providing training, and enhancing product offerings in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
Provide primarily digital, and occasionally on-site, support to Sparkassen customers
Conduct regular meetings with assigned customers and analyze their strengths and weaknesses in the card business
Proactively propose measures for improvement
Introduce and place new products and value-added services
Prepare and maintain presentation materials
Train Sparkassen advisors on all card products/services as well as other payment products
Serve as the central contact person for all incoming customer inquiries
Represent qards at external conferences, trade shows and workshops
Support internal company events
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training, preferably with an additional business qualification (e.g., Sparkassen business administrator)
Experience in comparable roles, ideally in the banking environment
Knowledge of card business or the payments area (preferably within Sparkassen)
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly demeanor
Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license
Confident use of common MS Office applications
Fluent German (C2) and good English skills (B2)
