Responsibilities
- Shift leadership and team coordination: Support the bar manager in organizing daily operations — including roster planning, task allocation, and motivating the team.
- Service quality & guest satisfaction: Ensure smooth operations, compliance with our service and quality standards, and actively embody the role of host.
- Drink preparation & service: Professionally mix cocktails and serve other beverages — with attention to cleanliness, efficiency, and presentation.
- Cash handling & hygiene regulations: Shared responsibility for billing, cash management, and compliance with all applicable hygiene and safety standards.
- Inventory management: Assist with ordering, goods receipt, and stock control — maintaining oversight of quantities and quality.
- Onboarding and motivation: Assist in training new colleagues and fostering team spirit within the bar.
Requirements
- Work experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a position of responsibility (e.g., bartender with team responsibilities, deputy bar manager, or similar).
- Passion for the bar trade, service, and hospitality.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for efficiency and quality.
- Team player with leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and a positive demeanor.
- Hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently.
- Good German language skills; English skills are an advantage.
