Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process for the French Operations teams
Post and update job adverts on various job boards and platforms
Conduct phone screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, motivation and fit for the role
Act as a true partner to hiring managers: support them at every stage of the process
Ensure clear and effective communication among stakeholders
Develop in-depth knowledge of the market, sector trends and competitors
Identify and suggest innovative sourcing channels
Requirements
You speak French and English (Spanish is a plus)
You have initial recruitment experience (internship or work-study)
You are skilled at conducting interviews (particularly phone screens)
You can manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
You enjoy collaborating with hiring managers and colleagues
You communicate clearly, positively and proactively
You are curious, proactive and enjoy taking on daily challenges
