About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist recruiting top talent for GESTFORM's HR department. Managing end-to-end recruitment process, analyzing CVs, and collaborating with managers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract top talent to meet the company's needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from defining requirements to onboarding new hires.
  • Review CVs/resumes and conduct candidate pre-screenings.
  • Conduct recruitment interviews and assess candidates' skills.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers (joint interviews, feedback, and follow-up on hiring needs).
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to strengthen the employer brand.
  • Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience managing recruitment processes.
  • Experience working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Proficiency in talent management techniques.
  • Proven skills in CV/resume screening and candidate selection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to make informed decisions.
