- Fundierte Erfahrung im Active Sourcing
- Fähigkeit, die Bedürfnisse der Kunden zu identifizieren und in die Recruiting-Strategien einfließen zu lassen
- Bereitschaft, zukünftig zu Veranstaltungen und Messen zu reisen
