Responsibilities
Support the execution and enhancement of the 2026 Summer Internship Program experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the University Recruiting team and HRDA (Human Resources Data Analytics) to gather and analyze data, improving team metrics, Tableau dashboards, and key insights captured in WorkDay CRM, Asana and other UR tools.
Assist the UR team with the implementation of the UR-AI project.
Analyze data to address emerging business questions and provide strategic insights.
Work effectively within a virtual, multi-time zone team environment, leveraging strong communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must have completed at least two years at a four-year undergraduate university and be on track to graduate in 2028 by the start of the internship.
Familiarity with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail).
A strong eagerness and willingness to learn new skills and apply them to HR scenarios.
Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Bonus Points: Prior experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition function.
Familiarity with using WorkDay (CRM, recruiting tool) and Asana
Experience in analyzing data and metrics to develop insights and compelling narratives about campaign results.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
