About the role

  • Recruiter attracting top talent to scale recruitment for AI compliance company. Managing end-to-end hiring processes and optimizing candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit world-class talent to help scale Flagright
  • Manage full-cycle hiring across multiple roles and functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Source, engage, and assess high-quality candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure an outstanding candidate experience
  • Track hiring pipelines, metrics, and progress against hiring goals

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience recruiting sales (AEs, BDRs, etc.) and senior roles (Sr AE, Head of Sales, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trusted with confidential information
  • Clear communicator who can manage multiple priorities independently
  • Comfortable working with ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics
  • Based in or near London with right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
