About the role

  • Acting as the right hand to the Chief of Staff, managing key priorities across the organization.
  • Owning the internal communication channels, ensuring the entire team is aligned and informed;
  • Preparing content and presentations for company-wide meetings (e.g. OKR check-in);
  • Supporting the OKR planning & execution process;
  • Managing small to medium-scale projects and internal initiatives;
  • Leading cultural and operational projects (e.g. internal events);
  • Assisting with the preparation for leadership team meetings as well as, managing follow-ups and action items from key meetings;
  • Improving and documenting organizational processes to enhance teams’ efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • At least 2 year of experience in project management or in high-paced administrative/operational role;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian;
  • Meticulous attention to detail: precision in all tasks, ensuring nothing is missed;
  • Ability to structure, organize and prioritize your work;
  • Proactivity and problem solving skills;
  • Professionalism and discretion.
