Benefits
Collaborative environment: Flat hierarchies, appreciative leadership and transparent decision-making — here your skills count more than your job title.
Truly flexible work: No core working hours, home office and in many roles location-independent work — for more freedom at work.
Learning & development that’s fun: From Learning Weeks with top speakers and AI courses on our Switch platform to LinkedIn training with a paid photoshoot — we support your growth.
A culture that connects: Table‑football nights, team challenges, our large annual Celebrate event and regular feel‑good activities — for community and team spirit.
International projects with a wow factor: Our talents work on exciting projects from Vienna to Madrid to Namibia — always with new challenges.
Mental health & wellbeing in focus: We offer access to conversations with psychologists, coaching and meditation sessions via OpenUp — because your mental health matters to us.
Sustainability with real impact: Our CSR team drives cleanup actions, donation projects, the MCI book club and more — because sustainability is a commitment, not a trend.
Equality as a given: We offer fair salary bands and no gender pay gap — equal opportunities and diversity are part of our culture.
An office that feels like home: Modern technology, cozy seating areas, phone booths and a hanging seat — we provide everything so you can perform at your best. Pets are welcome too.
More than just a salary: 30 days of vacation for full-time, paid special leave, JobRad leasing and a subsidy for the Deutschlandticket — so you get the support you want.
Family-friendly in practice: We prioritize family — from parental leave and childcare subsidies to short-term leave — so you can be there for your family without sacrificing your career.
