As a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) you plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate, boutique events to large-scale productions.
Your diverse roles: Implementer: You take the lead in turning creative event concepts into reality, delivering outstanding events and delighted clients.
Client advisor: You build and nurture client relationships within your projects, provide tailored guidance and lead project meetings.
Organizational talent: You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resource allocation for your project teams.
Commercial professional: You prepare cost estimates, monitor budgets and handle project billing — including reporting and documentation.
Idea driver: You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team initiatives.
Requirements
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Ideally some professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches and budgeting
Confident communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and commercial/business thinking
Willingness and enjoyment to travel
