About the role

  • As a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) you plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate, boutique events to large-scale productions.
  • Your diverse roles: Implementer: You take the lead in turning creative event concepts into reality, delivering outstanding events and delighted clients.
  • Client advisor: You build and nurture client relationships within your projects, provide tailored guidance and lead project meetings.
  • Organizational talent: You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resource allocation for your project teams.
  • Commercial professional: You prepare cost estimates, monitor budgets and handle project billing — including reporting and documentation.
  • Idea driver: You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team initiatives.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • Ideally some professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches and budgeting
  • Confident communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and commercial/business thinking
  • Willingness and enjoyment to travel
