Requirements
Bachelor's degree required in: Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Information Technology, Business Administration with an emphasis on systems analysis, or related fields.
Experience in technology service management teams and ITSM processes is desirable.
Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
Experience in operations governed by ITIL or COBIT, involving concepts such as Crisis, Major/Critical Incidents, Incidents, Service Requests, Problems, Changes, CMDB, and Knowledge Bases.
Configuration-level knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar) in areas such as service catalog, CMDB, knowledge base, change management process, and problem management process.
Desirable knowledge of tools and implementation of continuous CMDB processes, including discovery, integration with the ITSM tool, and usability within operations, change and problem processes.
