About the role

  • ServiceNow Tech Lead responsible for developing and maintaining IT solutions for Schwarz IT Hub. Collaborating on system designs and providing consultation to internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the technical conception, creation of system designs and implementation of internal customers' requirements
  • Develop, troubleshoot and take ownership for IT solutions on internal ServiceNow application suite
  • Coordinate and manage development for the ITSM area at solution level
  • Define and develop processes and their integration into ServiceNow
  • Provide strategic and operational advice to internal customers
  • Implement interface and integration requirements

Requirements

  • Professional experience in the area of ServiceNow implementation, administration, service portal and UI components (ITSM)
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, REST / SOAP is an advantage
  • ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator
  • Knowledge of ITIL-based ITSM processes
  • Strong team spirit
  • Solution and process-oriented way of thinking and analytical strengths
  • Good English, both written and spoken
