Responsibilities

  • Management and processing of vacation/leave
  • Time and attendance control and management of accrued hours (hours bank)
  • Support in termination processes (homologation)

Requirements

  • Experience with the ADP system
  • Knowledge of terminations and homologation procedures
  • Basic knowledge of payroll, onboarding, and statutory charges
