About the role

  • Júnior Customer Success Analyst managing relationships with SMEs in Rio Grande do Sul. Focused on tailored success plans for Amcham Brasil associates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients (small and medium-sized businesses)
  • Manage targets and results
  • Follow up on renewals
  • Identify and map new business opportunities
  • Lead and conduct meetings
  • Interact with internal teams (events & content, finance, sponsorship, etc.)
  • Participate in events, committees and seminars.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in customer service and relationship management
  • Availability to work on-site
  • Be proactive, curious and engaged to meet goals and deliver results
  • Be dynamic and able to engage and negotiate with companies across multiple sectors
  • Be motivated by challenges
  • Keep the customer at the center of your actions
  • Clear and objective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work constructively and respectfully in a team to achieve shared results.
