  • Management and relationship building for a B2B client portfolio (small and medium-sized companies)
  • Managing targets and results
  • Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics for the area
  • Mapping and identifying new business opportunities
  • Conducting meetings
  • Interacting with internal teams (events & content, finance, sponsorship, etc.)
  • Participation in events, committees, and seminars

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience building relationships with companies
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Be proactive, curious, and engaged in achieving targets and results
  • Be dynamic and able to engage and negotiate with multi-sector companies
  • Be driven by challenges
  • Put the client at the center of your actions
  • Clear and objective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a constructive, respectful manner to achieve shared results
