About the role

  • Sales Analyst for BDR at a SaaS company in Florianópolis, responsible for active prospecting and lead qualification. Collaborating with Marketing to enhance lead generation and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct active prospecting of new clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other tools.
  • Conduct consultative approaches, identifying prospects' pain points, needs and profiles.
  • Qualify leads using a structured script, handle objections and record information in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve lead generation and lead quality.
  • Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences and results.

Requirements

  • Experience with outbound sales and active prospecting (cold calling).
  • Knowledge of the credit sector and its main commercial practices.
  • Experience working as a BDR.
  • Proficiency with sales metrics and CRM use.
  • Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications and concepts.
