About the role

  • Business Development Executive driving sales efforts and nurturing client relationships with a focus on localization services. Responsible for lead generation, delivering presentations, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and lost clients
  • Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations
  • Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and follow-ups
  • Handle objections and resolve client concerns professionally
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize results
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development (service-based industry)
  • Strong experience in lead generation, penetration, and cold calling
  • Previous experience in localization or advertising is a plus
  • Account management experience is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing techniques
  • Proficiency in English
