Responsibilities
Provide on-site user support for IT, resolving issues related to hardware, software and networks.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment such as desktops and laptops.
Diagnose and repair hardware component failures.
Configure and support Microsoft network environments, including workstations and servers.
Work on data and voice network infrastructure, performing installations, configurations and connectivity tests.
Install and configure network devices such as switches, routers and access points.
Document support activities and technical procedures performed, ensuring traceability and support quality.
Collaborate with the technical team to continuously improve IT processes and solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or technologist degree completed in technological fields such as Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related areas.
Desired knowledge in:
Computer hardware (desktops and laptops).
Data and voice network infrastructure.
Microsoft network configuration.
Network devices (routers, switches, etc.).
Strong communication skills, proactivity and ability to work in a team.
