About the role
- Specialist in IT Governance for MJV focusing on process structure, compliance, and performance indicators. Collaborating with business areas to align technology with strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Structure, implement and monitor IT Governance policies, standards and processes.
- Support the definition and monitoring of performance indicators, SLAs and technology-related risks.
- Ensure adherence to market frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, etc.) and to compliance best practices.
- Work closely with business and technology areas, translating needs into action plans and effective controls.
- Prepare management reports and executive presentations to support decision-making.
- Conduct internal and external audits, as well as risk mitigation plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
- Proven experience in IT Governance, Compliance or IT Risk Management.
- Knowledge of frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO, NIST.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic vision and ability to communicate with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Preferred: certifications in ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001 or related areas.
- Differentials: previous experience in financial institutions or large corporations. Experience in digital transformation projects and modernization of governance processes. Knowledge of LGPD, information security and regulatory audits.
