About the role

  • Own end-to-end delivery of moderately complex AWS Connect telephony features (IVR flows, routing logic, queue management, call recording)
  • Design and implement scalable, modular, and testable Amazon Connect components
  • Ensure secure and compliant integrations with Salesforce Service Cloud and related enterprise systems
  • Build integration and end-to-end test coverage for telephony features
  • Collaborate closely with QA, Product, Design, and Architecture to deliver cohesive solutions

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on AWS Connect experience (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of call routing, IVR design, SIP, PSTN, VoIP, and telephony protocols
  • Experience with Amazon Connect APIs, Lambda functions, Lex bots, and S3 call recording
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, feature flagging, and observability tools
  • Proven ability to own features/systems from design through post-launch monitoring
