About the role
- IT Engineer responsible for the maintenance and development of Ivanti Neurons for MDM infrastructure. Supporting mobile hardware selection and complex support requests across iOS, macOS, and Android.
Responsibilities
- A globális Ivanti Neurons for MDM infrastruktúra karbantartása és fejlesztése.
- Új mobil hardverek (pl. iPhone, iPad, MacBook és Android eszközök) kiválasztása és tesztelése.
- Kapcsolattartóként való részvétel a legbonyolultabb INFRA-hoz kapcsolódó iOS/iPadOS, macOS és Android támogatási igények esetében, mint 3. szintű IT mérnök.
- Nemzetközi Mobil Eszköz projektek támogatása.
- Mobil eszközök támogatása Intune-ban.
- A Beyond Trust Remote Management megoldás karbantartása és támogatása.
- Tudásbázis cikkek létrehozása/frissítése az 1. és 2. szint számára.
Requirements
- Legalább 3-5 éves tapasztalat mobil eszköz infrastrukturájának karbantartásában vállalati környezetben.
- Erős angol nyelvtudás szükséges, mivel a napi munkát főleg angolul végzi (értekezletek, dokumentáció stb.).
- Német nyelvismeret előny, de nem meghatározó tényező.
- Ivanti Neurons for MDM és/vagy Intune (vagy hasonló Mobil Eszközkezelési adminisztratív eszköz) alapos ismerete.
- Alapvető ismeretek PowerShell és Bash szkriptnyelvekben.
- Jól szervezett, erős kommunikációs készségei vannak, ügyfélorientált hozzáállás.
