About the role
- Réalisation d’un inventaire complet du parc informatique
- Identifier et corriger les postes de travail non conforme / non équipés
- Vérifier et corriger tous les matériels mutualisés et/ou connectés (postes, infirmeries, copieurs, interphones, baies informatiques, imprimantes de cabinet, chromebooks…)
- Identifier, évacuer et organiser le recyclage du matériel obsolète ou inutilisé sur les sites
- Organiser la reprise et le retour d’Ipad auprès d’un partenaire, sur les sites prevlink et ceux de nos adhérents
- Organiser la gestion des stocks informatique des sites de Paris 9e et 14e, Cergy, et Issy-Les-Moulineaux
- Cartographier le signal Wi-Fi et réseau mobile (puissance, couverture), sur l’ensemble des sites
- Accompagnement au projet de numérisation : reparamétrer des scanners individuels et réaliser l’accompagnement au changement auprès des utilisateurs
