About the role
- IT Engineer managing Ivanti Neurons for MDM and mobile hardware infrastructure at ALDI. Supporting international mobile device projects and complex INFRA related support requests.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and development of global Ivanti Neurons for MDM infrastructure.
- Selection and testing of new mobile hardware (e.g. iPhones, iPads, MacBooks and Android devices).
- Being a contact person for the most complex INFRA related iOS/iPadOS, macOS and Android support requests as a 3rd level IT Engineer.
- Supporting international Mobile Device projects.
- Supporting mobile devices in Intune.
- Maintenance and support of Beyond Trust Remote Management solution.
- Create/update knowledge base articles for 1st and 2nd level.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience maintaining mobile device infrastructure in enterprise environment.
- Strong English skill is a must.
- German knowledge is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of Ivanti Neurons for MDM and/or Intune.
- Basic understanding of PowerShell and Bash scripting languages.
- Well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude.
- Can work in a multi-shift operation (Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 22:00 PM).
