IT Engineer managing Ivanti Neurons for MDM and mobile hardware infrastructure at ALDI. Supporting international mobile device projects and complex INFRA related support requests.
Responsibilities
Maintenance and development of global Ivanti Neurons for MDM infrastructure.
Selection and testing of new mobile hardware (e.g. iPhones, iPads, MacBooks and Android devices).
Being a contact person for the most complex INFRA related iOS/iPadOS, macOS and Android support requests as a 3rd level IT Engineer.
Supporting international Mobile Device projects.
Supporting mobile devices in Intune.
Maintenance and support of Beyond Trust Remote Management solution.
Create/update knowledge base articles for 1st and 2nd level.
Requirements
At least 3-5 years of experience maintaining mobile device infrastructure in enterprise environment.
Strong English skill is a must.
German knowledge is an advantage.
Solid knowledge of Ivanti Neurons for MDM and/or Intune.
Basic understanding of PowerShell and Bash scripting languages.
Well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude.
Can work in a multi-shift operation (Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 22:00 PM).
