About the role

  • Lead initiatives, create business cases and mobilize IT teams to drive strategic and high-complexity demands together with the Logistics and Customer Service business areas.
  • Facilitate the definition of technology roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Propose innovative, scalable solutions to strengthen the company’s competitiveness.
  • Influence the prioritization of the initiative portfolio within the business.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business area leaders.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies for technology initiatives.
  • Manage conflicts and align expectations between IT and the business.
  • Facilitate partnerships with startups, innovation hubs and strategic vendors.
  • Monitor technology trends and their applicability.
  • Diagnose patterns in tickets, incidents and crises, and develop action plans together with other IT areas to reduce the recurrence of adverse events.
  • Ensure governance of the demand intake process.
  • Build strong relationships with leadership and influence strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience: Prior experience as an IT Business Partner; experience preparing project plans, schedules, and managing budgets, risks and people.
  • Experience capturing and understanding business demands, assessing feasibility, defining high-level requirements, building business cases, prioritizing and obtaining stakeholder approval, coordinating execution within the technology organization and ensuring delivery as planned; leadership in cross-functional environments; senior stakeholder management; experience with Logistics and/or Customer Service areas.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Miro, BPMN, Bizagi).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields; proficiency in English; certifications and courses in Business Analysis, Project Management, Agile methodologies, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Products (Product Manager, Product Design, Product Discovery), SAFe, BABOK, ITIL, CSM and TOGAF.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of the fuel distribution market is a plus.
