About the role
- GSI Partner Technical Strategist driving technical strategy and solution development with GSIs across the Americas. Leading initiatives focused on AI-driven offerings and partner technical engagement standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary senior technical authority for GSI partner solution development across the Americas
- Define the technical strategy and architectural direction for how GSIs build with PTC technologies
- Establish centralized, scalable frameworks supporting GSI technical engagement
- Lead deep technical workshops, co‑development sessions, and solution incubation initiatives with GSI engineering and delivery teams
- Guide GSIs in designing and validating solution architectures
- Ensure partner-built solutions adhere to PTC architectural standards and SaaS guardrails
- Provide executive-level reporting on GSI technical investment impact, solution maturity, and partner readiness
- Serve as a PTC technical thought leader to senior GSI technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Deep understanding of PTC solutions
- Expertise in AI/ML solution patterns, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise integration models
- Strong capability to synthesize incomplete information, define architectures, and drive clarity among diverse product and partner stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills suited for GSIs, C‑level technical audiences, and senior partner engineering teams
- 12+ years in partner-facing or customer-facing senior technical roles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field
- Ability to travel up to 25% within the Americas as needed
