About the role

  • Reporting directly into the Administration Team Lead/Mentor
  • Customer facing activities, such as: Create return label for customers and coordinate other RVL related issues
  • Handle administration related to services, from customer signature to ultimately contract activation
  • Process daily incoming customer requests like tariff changes, cancellations or data updates
  • Handling (minor) complaints from start to resolution
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable department in solving invoice or payment queries
  • Creating process-related documentation (process flows + descriptions)
  • Identifying and implementing potential process improvements

Requirements

  • Impeccable communication and written skills in German
  • Mandatory to be able to make a 6-month agreement with the university
  • Experience with process documentation (eg. flow charts + process description) + process improvement
  • Strong interest in working in a B2B environment
  • Ideally, some experience in a customer-facing position
  • You are solution-oriented and accurate person with a positive attitude
  • Enjoy working in a team in an international and dynamic environment
  • Good computer and administration/organization skills
  • Understanding technical issues is an asset
