Responsibilities

  • Achieve & Exceed Sales Goals: $35,000+ in new business premium per month
  • Execute Proactive Sales Strategies: 75+ outbound calls per day, 4+ hours of talk time
  • Consult & Educate Clients: Provide customized coverage recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Leverage Technology for Success: Use CRM and sales tracking software to document client interactions and manage follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Life & Health preferred but not required).
  • Proven track record in sales and achieving performance goals.
  • High-energy, goal-driven, and self-motivated mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.
