About the role

  • Support the administration of insurance services for Clubs and AAA, Inc.
  • Manage underwriting data and assist with emergency preparedness
  • Ensure accurate financial transactions with brokers and vendors
  • Maintain insurance records and contribute to contract risk assessments
  • Conduct research and gather discovery documents for legal support

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in risk management and insurance, finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
  • Three (3) or more years' experience in managing multi-task projects
  • Three (3) years' Commercial Insurance administration experience or compliance-related experience preferred
  • Experienced and proficient at Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated professional research and writing.
