Responsibilities
Support the administration of insurance services for Clubs and AAA, Inc.
Manage underwriting data and assist with emergency preparedness
Ensure accurate financial transactions with brokers and vendors
Maintain insurance records and contribute to contract risk assessments
Conduct research and gather discovery documents for legal support
Requirements
Associate or bachelor's degree in risk management and insurance, finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
Three (3) or more years' experience in managing multi-task projects
Three (3) years' Commercial Insurance administration experience or compliance-related experience preferred
Experienced and proficient at Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Demonstrated professional research and writing.
