Responsibilities
Serve clients in an existing book of small commercial insurance while having an opportunity to grow the book
Retain current clients
Share technical expertise about insurance - products, coverages, client needs, forms, and proposals
Complete day-to-day Commercial Lines Workflows - written confirmation of binding policies, certificates of insurance, endorsements and audits
Grow accounts by seeing account rounding and cross-selling opportunities (Business, Personal, Life, Benefits)
Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance in both our agency management system and insurance carrier’s rating systems
Requirements
Licensed as a Property and Casualty insurance agent
Experienced in Commercial insurance (minimum of 1 year required)
Motivated by getting things done and checking off your To-Do list
Great at helping customers over the phone, in emails or in person in a timely manner
Comfortable with computers and software - knowing Applied Epic is a BIG plus, but not required
