Responsibilities
Conduct proactive outreach to identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including email campaigns, cold calling, and social selling.
Research and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
Drive new business growth by effectively communicating the value proposition of Mailchimp's offerings and closing deals.
Manage and prioritize a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of progress.
Develop and execute strategic sales approaches to maximize lead conversion and revenue generation.
Identify and capitalize on potential upselling opportunities to maximize product penetration within accounts.
Cultivate valuable business relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor.
Advocate for the client's products and services, building interest and awareness among potential customers.
Requirements
12 months + of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the SaaS or IT services industry
Experience in software vendor, SaaS, or system integrator space is highly desirable.
Strong prospecting, discovery, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English.
Solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
