Inside Sales Representative generating leads and nurturing prospects at a global cybersecurity company. Involves managing sales cycles and engaging with business partners to drive revenue.
Responsibilities
The first contact point to build long term relationship with mid-market business partners/customers to deliver a strong support to improve overall sales target & revenue.
Manage sales cycle effectively which include prospecting, make contact, qualify & nurture prospect turning them into sales closure & delivery.
Work closely with marketing, channel, & vendor management team in executing lead generation campaigns & partner recruitment activities.
Engage & follow through company inbound & outbound leads across industries to identify opportunities & determine customers’ needs with company’s security & cloud offerings.
Operate company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for customer profiling & track leads, quotations, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL), & Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).
Deliver products, solutions & company value proposition messages verbally, in writing, & through digital platforms to capture business partners/customers attention, envisioning their future with company.
Able to leverage on digital & social platforms like emails, video, chat, phone, conference call, LinkedIn & etc. to maintain high daily activities to effectively reach out & sell to business partners/customers (minimum 60-90 activities daily).
To do action plans and results reporting to team lead & management to stay on top of team goals and objectives.
Be the digital sales ambassador of company & deliver a world-class customer engagement experience (Distribution-as-a-Service) to company’s vendors, business partners, & customers.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/IT or an equivalent discipline.
1-2 Years of experience in digital sales/telesales/inside sales with a proven track record of success.
Excellent sales/customer service relationship background, telesales experience preferred.
Desire to work in a competitive environment where one’s growth potential is driven by one’s abilities and attitude.
A self-starter with a track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via phone, email, chat, video and presentations.
Added advantage with general knowledge of the IT industry & CRM systems, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately.
