About the role
- Train and support clients on software use during onsite and remote deployments
- Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and troubleshoot issues
- Follow implementation methodology and complete internal certification for required training classes
- Maintain product knowledge as new enhancements are released
- Assist internal teams with client project preparations including content customization and training database setup
- Contribute to internal initiatives to improve team performance and achieve department and company goals
- Uphold CARES core values and foster a positive workplace culture
- Travel extensively to support clients as they go live on the Homecare Homebase software
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Current driver’s license and ability to rent a vehicle
- Experience in customer service/support or training on software applications
- Ability to travel up to 90% in service of our clients across the country
- Ability to learn and convey educational content regarding the best practices for our product suite
- Ability to clearly communicate potential deployment challenges internally and to clients
- Investigative mindset inclined towards problem-solving within the context of software training
- Solid organizational skills and ability to manage tasks and assist with delegation
- Passion for customer service
- Ability to function with minimal supervision
- Established ownership abilities and initiative to drive resolutions
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems
- Medical/healthcare experience is a plus
- Must be a US citizen or have a green card allowing them to work in the US without being subject to export control restrictions
