About the role
- Implementation Project Manager to manage clinical IT projects for European Society of Radiology's subsidiary QSI. Working with international clients to implement clinical decision support software.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers in the EMEA region
- Work with customers to develop and manage their implementation plan and timeline
- Customise product configuration/set-up to meet the needs of the customer
- Identify and resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation
- Over time independently manage clinical IT implementation projects
- Work closely with other areas, including product development and sales, to ensure customer needs are met
- Work with the implementation team to continue to improve implementation tools and process
- Provide administrative support to management
Requirements
- Strong IT skills (proficiency with Excel; experience working with content management systems and databases)
- Experience with project management
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Detail-oriented and ability to meet deadlines
- Project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects is preferred
- Experience in the healthcare IT sector, especially experience with electronic patient records or hospital information systems is preferred
- Command of additional languages is an advantage
