About the role

  • Salesforce Product Owner managing product lifecycle, defining feature priorities, and bridging business requirements with technical implementation using Experience Cloud expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Capturing business requirements, defining user stories, and managing product backlogs to ensure development aligns with business priorities
  • Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain alignment on product features and priorities
  • Guiding the development of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions throughout the full product lifecycle; ensuring that the implementation supports organizational goals
  • Coordinating user acceptance testing cycles and cross-functional project teams to ensure smooth delivery of product updates
  • Utilizing analytics and business data to identify opportunities for improving Experience Cloud applications

Requirements

  • 8+ years with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and notably Experience Cloud
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud or Experience Cloud related certifications, are often preferred to validate technical proficiency
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog and sprint management
  • Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions and leverage analytics to guide product decisions
  • Strong skills for coordinating between stakeholders, developers, and end users, ensuring clarity in requirements and expectations.
