About the role

  • **Solution Design & Architecture**

  • Partner with sales & marketing to translate customer goals into tailored solutions.
  • Support onboarding and ensure a seamless handover to ongoing success.
  • Prepare clear technical documentation and training materials.
  • **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
  • Build scripts or tools that speed up delivery and improve outcomes.
  • Keep communication clear and aligned across teams and stakeholders.
  • **Continuous Improvement**
  • Stay up to date with cloud, automation, and ML technologies.
  • Share ideas that help us deliver and scale better every time.

Requirements

  • **Experience & technical skills**
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Up to 3 years’ experience in software development, implementation engineering, pre-sales or technical consulting.
  • Proficient in Python (or a similar language, with a willingness to work in Python).
  • Comfortable using SQL and working with data management systems.

  • You’re analytical and curious, always looking to understand how things work and how to make them better.
  • You collaborate naturally across teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • You’re proactive in spotting gaps, suggesting improvements, and helping the team move faster.

  • Experience with PostgreSQL database design.
  • Familiarity with computer vision or ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch).
  • Exposure to DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS), API integrations, or data engineering best practices.
